- Terminal Examinations are held thrice during the year (September, December and March). Mid Term Tests are held in July, November and February.
- Pupils absent for an examination for any reason will not be re-examined. Absence for one or more subjects will result in the loss of marks in these subjects and exclude the pupils from being reckoned in the order of merit or rank in the examination.
- In case of illness during the examination, a medical certificate must be produced. The marks obtained in the Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Examination will be considered for promotion.
