A pupil may be exempted from such classes on production of a medical certificate. Our aim is to develop the whole child.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare their lessons, by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
- Pupils suffering from infectious or contagious diseases shall not be allowed to attend school.
- No pupil who fails two successive years will be allowed to continue in the school.

- Parents are particularly expected to bring the progress reports or any other similar document when requested.
- A progress report is sent to the parents / guardians after every school examination. Parents are requested to examine the progress report carefully and see that the children take a special effort to study those subjects in which they are weak.
- Parents and Guardians are especially requested to notify the school if there is any change in their address.
- When communicating with the principal, Parents are requested to mention in their letter the standard and the division of their children.
- Parents are requested to make any complaints direct to the school authorities, not to the class teachers.
- Parents / Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the students, interview their teachers during school hours without the sanction of the Principal. The members of the staff should be seen in their free periods by previous appointment.
Parent - Teacher Meetings
Such meetings will be held on a Saturday as notified from time to time between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM Parents are requested not to miss this opportunity of meeting the teachers and discussing the progress of their children.
